Look at the gorgeous morning sky! These photos remind me of how great mornings can be in Hawaii. I was actually at Kakaako Park on that day and couldn’t help but notice this awesome photo opportunity. If you woke up to that every morning, how great would your day be?

Seeing these pictures inspires me to be thankful and appreciate my life that I have here in Honolulu. I have a great family and I have lots to look forward to. Here are just some of my thoughts.

(1) I remember that no matter how bad things might seem, there is always a ray of hope that comes my way. In fact, hope is always available to us if we look for it.

(2) I appreciate things like enjoying a cup of Starbucks or a spam musubi. Learn to find peace in the small things.

(3) Doesn’t this picture make you just want to sing like Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music?

(4) I remember how thankful I am that I live in Hawaii and that there is no other place I would rather be.

(5) All I can say is, “Glory! Glory! Glory!”
